Resetting your password

Forgotten your password?
This can be reset electronically by clicking on the ‘Forgot my password’ link on the Login screen. To reset your password, you will need to enter your username and click on ‘Request a reset’.
A message will then be sent to your email address containing a secure link with which you can access the system in order to reset your password. If you have forgotten your username, you should contact the SPS EmploymentCheck Team directly.
Changed your details or wish to simply update your password?
On logging in, click ‘My Account’, amend any details as necessary, enter a new password and click ‘Save’. You will then receive an email confirming your new login information.
Resend details to your applicant
If you wish to reset your applicant’s password or send them new login details, simply search for them using ‘Manage Applications’, click on their name, select the pencil tool and you will be presented with the below screen. Enter a new password and click ‘Save’.
