Our July date will be the last training session before the Schools return in September, so if you do have any new staff that will require Admin access to set up and manage the School’s checks on the SPS Employment Check system, please ensure they book on to one of these sessions. As the training is done online, this can be accessed from any computer with internet access.
For any existing admin users that would like a refresher of the system, please feel free to join us free of charge.
The training will cover how to request and manage the School’s DBS checks through the SPS Employment check site, and this will be in the form of system demonstration. We will also provide details of how the system works, as well as key information such as the different level of checks staff may require, the portability of checks, and your responsibilities as a School with regards to the DBS process.
